Some absolute beauties from the Illustrative Map Making classes at the Brooklyn Brainery from January-April. With creative implementations such as a layered, fan-type map or a wedding invitation. But also plenty of new travel inspiration, with one of my students coming from Montevideo. A truly beautiful city, with some real interesting architecture. But also a more touching take on map making, mapping personal memories and experiences.
